This contact application provide back office functionality for a recruiting/placement firm.
It will incorporate the business processes, functions required to facilitate recruiting, contact management and placement lifecycle.
3. Match Maker.
Match Maker automatically determine best matches among the job postings and candidates on file. The information used to achieve the matches a combination of search logic and data intelligence. This module will be a key in lowering the transaction cost of large scale recruiting.
Match Maker will be started automatically (for example, time per one week or per day) and will establish conformity by necessary criteria (it is necessary still to define them, for example age, specialty, experience, education), the information on conformity will be kept in a separate table. The items of information from this table will help to find faster the candidates for specific work by any additional criteria (ex. desirable salary).
The necessary criteria are those on which the information is selected previously in a background mode, and the additional - on which there is a current selection directly performed by user.
