The user is invited to register in order to be able to work with this e-cruiting system. In order to do so
he is given the option to Register. A registration wizard guides him during the entire registration process.
At the registration of a new account the user is prompted to provide:

email
password
password confirmation
personal info
Afterwards the information about login and password go through password and login checking block and
checking of entered data accuracy block
Also after successful registration this information is sent on the user e-mail.
(carried out by Email Services block).
Afterwards, a page is opening informing the user about successful registration and welcomes him to enter
into the system. The user is re-directed automatically to the area which he registered himself
in: Recruiter, Employer. A thanking message is being sent to user email.
In short:
This block fulfils the registration of new system users. Adds new record about the user into database.
