Recruiting and placing candidates in high-level position in the Employment Market.
Development of a simple and comprehensive online solution in the Phase I and e-Commerce integration in Phase II.
The system was developed in PHP or Perl script, using Interbase DB.
Phase I
Considering all the system functional requirements, details and project specifications Phase I development was focused
on the following:

The database is one of the most critical components of an intelligent information management system.
Include efficiency, high speed of data processing, correctness of work, opportunity of expansion of the system information,
reliable storage and safe access to database contents. This database development assumes use of Interbase DB.

This block carries out the email sending functions. Some substantial operations was accompanied by sending
email to both user and site administrators.
Phase II
Incorporated enhancements to Phase I modules and feature innovative new additions.
This phase was incorporated business intelligence to provide unprecedented e-cruiting.
The following various modules was materialized in the 2nd Phase:
10. e-Commerce Integration
An e-commerce solution was integrated into the site project to facilitate online commerce including subscription payments and management of the financial aspect of the customer account.
E-Commerce integration represents an approach that in our opinion consists in immediate authorization and codification of financial information in Internet network using SSL scheme (Señure Socket Layer) or SET. SSL Protocol assumes the codification of the information on channel level.
As Internet is designed for simultaneous work of millions of users, in the commercial Internet-appendices it is impossible to use traditional systems. The methods of codification based on open keys.
The codification on the closed keys assumes that both the seller and the buyer have a common key, which is used by them for codification / decoding of the information.
The codification on open keys assumes that both the seller and the buyer have two key for each of them - one common and can be known by the third parties, and the other one - private known only by the info transmitter.
SET algorithm allows achieving that the buyer cannot decode the payments details of the seller, but is able to decode all order details. On other side, the bank can not receive the data on the order structure, but can have access to the payment details of the seller and the buyer. This is reached using double electronic signature: one part of the message is sent to the bank, the other part - is sent to the buyer. Besides, the SET protocol describes the standard types of financial transactions between banks, authorization centers and trade points.

SERVER BANK system fulfils the following functions:
- registration of system users (bank clients);
- user authorization (bank clients);
- organization of the access to the accounts data stored in the bank system and formation of data for transfer upon request;
- transfer of information to the client through Internet network;
- protection of transmitted information.
Electronic bank has its own systems of security and protection of electronic information.
At determination of the payment stare of the site client (either Job Seeker, Employer or Recruiter) the system carries out the application of integrated program package, that is used by the electronic bank for accessing the stored data and provides coordinated information (necessary for site).
The role of information can be fulfilled by a message on presence or absence of the paid services by the system client, or any other information connected to the status of the client for the current period and a personal profile.
