Franchisee Consulting Group, Inc., is a Colorado corporation with an international reach. Through its principal, the company has provided franchisors and franchisees from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe with timely advice concerning the franchise climate in the US.

Michael J. Katz, is the President and CEO of Franchisee Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Katz is a licensed and practicing lawyer in the state of Colorado. His practice which is now in its 27th year is limited to providing services to the franchise community. He has been general counsel for an international franchisor, has developed franchise systems from the ground floor (including the development of uniform franchise offering circulars and operations manuals), and has helped hundreds of prospective business purchasers make an informed decision about the myriad franchise opportunities that are in the market place.

In addition Mr. Katz is holds the following memberships and honors:
° He is a candidate for the designation as a Certified Franchise Executive from the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives; International Franchise Association.
° He has been a Colorado licensed real estate broker since 1982.
° He is an active member of the:

• Colorado Bar Association - member of real estate section.
