Kenneth Yang Chief Executive Officer A Silicon Valley veteran, Ken Yang most recently worked with a privately held educational company, Creation Engine, LLC. There, he helped strategically develop the company's annual profit growth of 50%. Developing alliances with various software vendors including Microsoft Softimage (currently Avid Softimage) and Wallop Software, Ken acted as liaison between the companies and assisted in marketing efforts. At Creation Engine, Ken also worked closely with the education teams of Adobe, Macromedia, MetaCreations, and Softimage to present information/education seminars for university faculty and staff, and conferences such as SigGraph and MacWorld. As Operations Manager and Legal Counsel, Ken was also responsible for distribution contracts, employee contracts, employee regulations, health benefits and general operations. Before joining the start-up world, Ken provided legal services to low income individuals through the Asian Law Alliance. He received his JD at Drake University Law School and his BS in Material Science and Engineering at Northwestern University. Dexter Reid VP Engineering As the first engineer and project lead at Wallop Software (since acquired by IBM), Dexter Reid led the core technology group in design and implementation of its flagship product, Build-IT (WebSphere Studio). He then led a team of 8 engineers in creating two releases of Build-IT. Prior to working at Wallop, Dexter developed authentication software for Digital Pathways, parsing technologies for Electronic Book Technologies, and process automation software for Beechwood Data Systems. All of these companies have since been acquired. Dexter also served as the Technical Expert for The Peace Corps in Gambia, West Africa. There, he designed and implemented a web-based mail system using Java servlet technology in conjunction with the national phone company to provide free internet service to all Gambian schools. Dexter holds a dual-degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Brown University. S. Kent Foster Interim Chief Financial Officer Kent Foster's business career encompasses over thirty years' employment in senior management positions as Chief Financial Officer and/or Vice President, Finance. Most of his business career involved High-Tech Silicon Valley companies ranging from startups to major corporations. In 1989 Kent formed his own consulting firm, Vidar Management. From formation of Vidar until the present Kent has provided selective consulting services to a variety of businesses in various industries. Mr. Foster serves on the Board of Directors of several companies and is a member of the Madera Civil Grand Jury. He has held Top Secret clearances with the CIA, NASA and DOD. Kent holds a BA in Economics (cum laude) and an MBA with finance concentration from Fresno State University. He also completed the Stanford University Executive Program. Eangelica Aton Founder and Chairwoman Eyemine's Founder draws upon her multi-disciplined research and analysis background. Over the past 5 years at Stanford and UCSF, Eangelica Aton designed surveys to conduct population studies, and collect/aggregate data at both the recruitment and reporting levels. By recognizing the "disease"--elements that lead to an organization's stress--she hopes to provide early diagnosis for positive change, understanding that healthy vital signs, human or corporate, are essential. Eangelica earned her BA in Urban Studies with an Urban Planning focus from Stanford University and has maintained graduate projects in Eastern European economic development, health services research and statistics. Drawing upon her language skills in Spanish, French, Visayan/(Pilipino) and data analysis, she is optimistic about the company's international outlook. |

Ansel Sermersheim Core Software Engineer A self-taught programmer, Ansel Sermersheim is equally at home in C, Java, Perl, C++, Assembly, Bash, Lisp, and is a hobbyist in TTL/CMOS/Linear electrical engineering. Usually found either writing code, tinkering with hardware, or flying model airplanes, he has been using and programming computers since 8 years of age. His duties at Eyemine include design and implementation of the CountOne architecture, the accompanying XML compliant protocol, and the real-time streaming of website traffic information. Richard Shiao UI Software Engineer Richard Shiao is skilled in Internet publishing using HTML in addition to the latest web technologies. He is also experienced in programming, using languages including C, C++, JAVA, and Visual Basic. With Eyemine, he is the lead UI designer of for the website layout and graphics; he is also coding for the highly anticipated CountOne Release. Majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley, Richard has served there as the Spens-Black Hall Association President and designed several websites for other enterprises. |

Theresa Urist Online Magazine Editor-in-Chief An avid writer and editor, Urist's work has appeared in a variety of magazines and newspapers. She joined Eyemine when her former Stanford classmate, founder Eangelica Aton, wouldn't take no for an answer. After getting her BA at Stanford in American Studies in '93, Urist completed an EdM at Harvard in '94. For the past three years, she has been the Director of Guidance at a high school near Boston. She also teaches English, History, and Journalism. In her spare time, she suspends plastic fruit from her ceiling. |
