Bob Blanchard

Bob Blanchard is a writer who lives in Santa Cruz. His work has appeared in the online magazine Salon, The Progressive and the San Jose Mercury News. He has a bachelor’s degree in Literature/Creative Writing from UCSC (he wrote a play for his senior thesis) -- and he spent two summers studying archaeology in Greece and Egypt. Another summer was devoted to a 1700-mile solo bicycle trek and a job as a river-rafting guide on the Colorado River. Currently he designs websites and is completing an A.S. degree in Computer Information Systems at Cabrillo College.
