The goal of the Help Desk is to solve computer problems and to create a solid
bond between Excel Micro and our Customers. The Help Desk will provide a single point of contact
for contract clients to provide them the ability to schedule service calls, answer questions, and
do research on existing computer problems.
Consequently, we are known primarily for our assistance
in problem diagnosis and in solution coordination. Our most effective function is providing information
and support. We know how alarming the rapid growth of new technology is in the work environment. It
is very important to us that we keep all our customers informed of system status, upgrades and changes.
The Help Desk staff is comprised of our mid and top-level engineers to bring hands-on experience.
The Help Desk has been strategically placed on the front line to offer a patient, concerned and informed
ear.
