* Internet bandwidth usage is metered.  The customer is never throttled unless specifically requested or he violates the accepted use policy.  These package prices include at least 2 Gigabytes of free Internet transfer each month for Residential services and 4 Gigabytes of free transfer for our Commercial customers.  Other packages exist for higher bandwidth usage or a small additional charge is assessed when the customer exceeds his contracted bandwidth.  Check with our sales representatives to obtain a firm quote to cover your exact needs.

A router will be required for all connections to Accel Net's network.  It must be SNMP MIB2 compliant.  Accel Net can provide this router at  an additional cost or it may be rented at a nominal rate.  All connections will be metered and reported in each month's billing.  Private MRTG graph monitoring of your site's traffic may be included at a small additional fee.

Commercial installation includes antenna and radio placement on the roof or wall facing the serving hub location and Ethernet wiring to the point of entry into the building.  Customer must obtain or provide permission to place equipment on building and must provide a 110 volt AC outlet within 50 feet of installation or some other means of providing up to 50 watts of power to the equipment.  Accel Net provides all the necessary mounting equipment and wiring to go between the equipment and point of connection inside the building if it is within 10 feet from the point of entry.  Accel Net can provide, at an additional cost, interior LAN wiring if the point of connection is more than 10 feet from the point of entry into the building or involves wall and ceiling penetration.  If interior cabling is necessary to penetrate walls and ceilings, Accel Net is a fully qualified, licensed and bonded professional network and electrical wiring contractor and can complete the job at very competitive rates.

Residential installation includes the radio, antenna and cable to connect these to a customer owned router.  Wiring restrictions will apply in the same manner as the commercial service and additional wiring or LAN installation or configuration will be billed at our normal hourly rates.

Price quoted is for connectivity to an ISP gateway only.  Bandwidth or ISP services such as web hosting or Email may not be included with the above prices and are available from Accel Net or our ISP partners at rates quoted for their standard business services.  Please contact an Accel Net sales representative to obtain a firm quote on your Internet access requirements and any other services you may need.

Commercial service allows two free public IP addresses and allows Internet commercial servers.  Residential service may allow one IP address but no public servers will be allowed.  Additional addresses and subnets are available at a nominal cost.  Accel Net can provide DNS services as well as BGP services if required.

Accel Net can provide many other specialized and custom wired and wireless connectivity solutions from 8 Megabits per second up to 150 Megabits per second in link speeds and any amount of dedicated or unlimited Internet access bandwidth required.

If Accel Net can not directly serve you from one of our existing hub sites, often service can be provided by using a relay from some intermediate point.  For this service, their may be a slightly higher installation fee, but often this additional amount can be credited back to the customer when additional customers are served from this same relay point.
